Refund Policy
The following products are digital licenses delivered upon purchase. Once a license is activated, no refunds are issued under any circumstances:
• SabaX Indicator
• Nexa AI Indicator
• SpaceX Trader Pro
• Galaxy Trader Pro
• Galaxy BTC Pro
• King
By purchasing and activating any of the above products, you acknowledge and accept that the sale is final.
SpaceX PASS — Conditional Refund Policy
SpaceX PASS is currently the only product eligible for a conditional refund. If you follow the rules outlined below and correctly configure your account, and still fail to pass your prop firm challenge on a second attempt, you are eligible for a 95% refund of the total amount you paid.
How it works: If you fail your first challenge attempt, you must purchase a second challenge attempt. If you fail again while meeting all conditions below, you become eligible for a refund.
Conditions for Eligibility
1. Account review access required. A refund will only be processed if you grant us access to review your failed challenge account. You must provide the challenge account number and password for verification.
2. No manual trading or other robots. You must not have placed any manual trades or run any other trading robot on the challenge account simultaneously.
3. Lot size / per-trade risk limit — maximum 1% of total account equity per trade.
• On a $10,000 account, lot size must not exceed 0.03.
• On a $100,000 account, lot size must not exceed 0.30.
• Exceeding this limit voids refund eligibility immediately, even for a single trade.
4. You may voluntarily increase risk to pass faster — but doing so voids the refund guarantee. Refund eligibility requires disciplined risk management at all times.
5. Minimum daily risk allowance — the challenge you purchase must allow at least 3% daily drawdown. If you purchase a challenge type that restricts daily risk to less than 3%, refund eligibility is void.
6. Prop firm account termination is not covered. If your prop firm account is closed or terminated for any reason unrelated to normal trading activity, this is not covered. The robot is designed to strictly follow the rules of reputable prop firms — it opens only one trade at a time and does not use detectable bot-like strategies.
When a Refund Is Granted
A refund is issued only when all of the following are true:
• You did not risk more than 1% of total capital per trade.
• You followed all risk management rules listed above.
• You did not place manual trades or use other robots on the account.
• The robot caused a single-day loss exceeding 5%, or a cumulative loss exceeding 8%, resulting in failure of the challenge.
• You purchased and attempted a second challenge, and failed again under the same qualifying conditions.
If all conditions are met, you will receive a 95% refund of the total amount paid.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund within a couple of days, please double-check your bank account statement again or email us.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@galaxyprofit.co.uk to describe the issue you are facing.
