Ā SpaceX Trader Pro / Bank Trader VIPĀ 

Our products SpaceX Trader Pro and Bank Trader VIP come with a 14-day conditional refund policy, subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, only if the following conditions are met:

Ā 1. You have used the product with the default or recommended settings provided by Galaxy Profit.

Ā 2. You have not made any manual trades during the evaluation period.

Ā 3. You have not modified the lot size or deviated from the original configuration.

Ā 4. The trades opened and closed exclusively by the robot resulted in a net loss.

Refund Process

 • We will review your trading account or trading history to verify that the robot was used properly and within the recommended parameters.

 • If the losses are verified as a result of the robot’s performance (and not manual interference or misconfiguration), your refund will be approved and processed.


Important Notes

 • Refund requests outside the 14-day window will not be considered.

 • Refunds are not available if the robot was misused, altered, or run outside of approved settings.

 • Galaxy Profit reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of fraudulent claims or violations of our usage terms.

Non-Refundable Products

Please note that the following products are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

 • GALAXY BTC PRO

 • GALAXY GOLD SCALPER

By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued, regardless of performance, system compatibility, or any other factor.

Change Lisence key (All Products)

note:they can’t be Changed in Anyway After Activation (if you want to change your account,you must purchase the product again)

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund within a couple of days, please double-check your bank account statement again or email us.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@galaxyprofit.co.uk to describe the issue you are facing.
