After completing your purchase, you will need to complete our identity verification (KYC) process.

Once your verification has been successfully approved, we will send you:

After installation, simply send us your trading account login number, and we will activate your license remotely.

Once your license has been activated, your EA will be ready to use.

Every challenge is different. Under normal market conditions, most challenges are completed within 30-60 days. However, the exact timeframe depends on market conditions, account size, and the selected risk configuration.

Our priority is never speed. Our priority is protecting your account. We would rather take more time to complete a challenge than expose your account to unnecessary risk. Capital protection always comes first.


A funded account only has value if you keep it alive.

SpaceX PASS continuously monitors market conditions and account risk. If volatility becomes abnormal or predefined safety limits are reached, the system can automatically close positions and stop trading to help protect your account before resuming under safer conditions.

Yes but only when market conditions meet our safety criteria. SpaceX PASS continuously evaluates market conditions and will only execute trades when its internal risk management system considers the environment suitable. If market volatility becomes excessive, the system is designed to remain patient and avoid unnecessary exposure.

The EA is designed to avoid overtrading.

SpaceX Pass, which has historically achieved a 90%+ win rate, meaning that more than 90 out of every 100 trades have closed in profit.

There is no fixed number of trades per day. The EA only trades when suitable market conditions are present. It may open several trades in one day or none for an entire week. Everything depends on market conditions and the availability of high-quality setups.

You need a minimum leverage of 1:10 or higher.

Most prop firms already meet this requirement.

Each bot is individually configured and licensed under the purchaser’s full name. Your Full Name and Customer ID are embedded into the software to protect our intellectual property and prevent unauthorized distribution. The cardholder used for payment must be the same person completing the ID verification (KYC). Do not copy, share, resell, or distribute the software. Any copyright or license violation may result in permanent license termination without refund and legal action.

Galaxy Profit does not accept, hold, invest, or manage client funds. No profit, financial return, successful challenge completion, funded-account approval, or specific trading result is guaranteed. Results may vary depending on market conditions, account settings, prop-firm rules, execution conditions, and individual use.

Trading and prop-firm evaluations involve substantial risk and may result in the loss of evaluation fees or trading capital. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the rules of their chosen prop firm and for determining whether the software is suitable for their circumstances.

Prop-firm challenge fees are generally non-refundable when a trader fails an evaluation, whether the challenge was traded manually or with a trading strategy. Similarly, SpaceX PASS purchases are non-refundable solely because a challenge was not successfully completed.

Trading outcomes can never be guaranteed. Market conditions, execution, prop-firm rules, account settings, and other external factors may affect performance. Therefore, purchasing SpaceX PASS does not include any guarantee of passing a challenge, receiving a funded account, generating profits, or achieving a specific result.

However, if your challenge account is unsuccessful, you may request a complimentary license reset. Once the failed challenge has been verified, your existing license can be transferred to a new eligible challenge account, allowing you to use SpaceX PASS again without purchasing an additional license.

Refunds will not be issued based on trading performance, challenge failure, market losses, incompatibility with undisclosed prop-firm rules, or failure to follow the recommended setup and risk parameters.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law in the event that the digital product is proven to be technically defective or materially different from its description.
